Sunflower Massage Therapy Reviews

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a deep tissue massage with Sarah at Sunflower Massage in Pembroke, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. Normally, I would expect a typical rubdown with some pressure, but this time, I asked Sarah to perform the traditional Thai Massage, including walking on my back. And let me tell you, it was amazing. Sarah’s technique was spot on—she used just the right amount of pressure, and her ability to work deep into the muscles was exceptional. I was surprised by how well the walking on my back felt; it was intense but incredibly effective, with some satisfying bone-cracking releases that I didn’t know I needed. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the staff was polite and professional. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. It’s clear that Sunflower Massage takes pride in providing top-notch service. Overall, I highly recommend Sarah and Sunflower Massage if you're looking for a truly restorative experience. Whether you're after deep tissue or an authentic Thai Massage, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back!

After I tipped 20% she told me it wasn’t enough and that $20 is the minimum tip, she demanded more. Massage was painful and rushed, and she only did my back and feet.

Very good deep tissue with walking on back. They’re clearly knowledgeable in muscle structure and don’t just push on your back randomly. I feel invigorated the day after. Typical for a place like this- they’re not afraid to vocalize when it comes to the tip. She mentioned a $20 tip minimum but I was getting smaller bills to give her more than $20. She was very sweet though. Highly recommend!

I had a awesome massage from Lulu first time. It was the best massage I've had . It was great the only disappointment I had . I noticed Lulu asked me when my 60 minutes was up you will tip me. Lol OMG everything was wonderful up until that point. I told May on the way out that's not respectful and professional. She agreed as well as telling Lulu who said sorry your right as a customer. I noticed the asian massage places do this etiquette all the time. It's not normal and Professional. I was going to give 5 stars but 4 is the right amount because of the disappointment at the end. I spent $60 hr plus $20 tip. That's very good. My friend is asian owns a massage place and said yes my tip is fine. Hope in the future of other customers she wouldn't consider doing that again. Sincerely Bob

Absolutely horrible service, I called three weeks in advanced for a one hour massage. 25 minutes into my massage the lady only did my back and only one of my legs. She said it's getting busy. I only do half hour. Even though she made me pay for a full hour upfront before the massage. She didn't offer me a partial refund and demanded I give her a tip at the end of the session, standing in the doorway, so I couldn't leave. No privacy at all she kept the room door open the entire time, Stood in the room, while I undressed, And dressed. First, and last time I will ever go here again.
